Passed away peacefully in the loving care of Calvary Hospital with family at her side, on Wednesday 13 December 2023; in her 93 rd year. JENKINS, Evan:
Passed away peacefully, in Ripponburn Hospital and Home, Cromwell, on Thursday, December 21, 2023, aged 88 years. Dearly loved husband of Marion for 66 years, loved father and father-in-law of Salena and Henry Masina (Dunedin), Sandra (Sam) (Cromwell), Kathryn and Michael Hargraves (Tasmania), Tom (Dunedin), and Pauline, a much loved Grandad and Great-grandad. JOPSON, Leslie (Les):
Died suddenly on 21 December, 2023, aged 86, formerly of Palmerston. Much loved husband of Barbara for 61 years. Unexpectedly, but peacefully passed away at Rowena Jackson on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, in his 94th year. Loved husband of the late Pauline Mills (nee Heenan). Cherished step-dad of Rose and John, Shaun and Michelle, Kieran and Claire, Lee and Yvee, and Gretchen. Peacefully, on Sunday 17th December 2023 at Ascot Bupa Care Home. Dearly loved son of the late John (Jack) and the late Alice Woodgyer. Noel’s family wish to thank all who attended his service. He would have enjoyed the timing of the fire siren, as we did. We would like to acknowledge and thank our extended families, friends and work colleagues for your support. Thank you to those who visited, made phone calls, sent messages, flowers and cards, they were appreciated. To the Duthie family, thank you so much for your help on the day. A special thank you to the Dodgers Diamond Backs for their guard of honour. To the team at Distinct Funerals, thank you for the care shown to dad and your help to our family. Our heart felt thanks to the amazing team at Rowena Jackson Donovan unit for the companionship, respect and care given to dad during his time with you, especially the last few weeks.
