Peacefully on Tuesday, 15th August 2023 at Bupa Longwood Care Home, Riverton, after a long and wonderful life. Last Sunday Bill celebrated his 96th birthday, surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of the late Gladys. Loved father and father-in-law of Linda and Pat Killeen (Te Anau). It is with deep sadness that our family want to inform you that Lara passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, at her home in Dunedin. Loved cousin of all her cousins in New Zealand and Australia. A loving friend to many. Lara was a beautiful soul, her humour, kindness and brilliance were gifts that made the world brighter. Her love for her family and friends was all encompassing. A service to celebrate Lara’s life will be held in J Fraser and Sons’ Chapel, cnr Esk and Doon Streets, Invercargill, at 2.00pm on Thursday, August 24, followed by a private interment at Tuatapere Cemetery. Tragically taken from us too soon, on Sunday 13 August 2023 in Christchurch Hospital. Dearly loved partner of Andy Payne, mother of Tony, Danny and Malea Robertson, Nan of Tahlia, sister of Diane, Yvonne, Barry, Peter and Kevin Tippett. Auntie to many nieces and nephews. From midday Saturday 19 August Lee-Anne will be resting at her home. A service to celebrate Lee-Anne’s life will be held at J Fraser and Sons Chapel, cnr Esk and Doon Streets, at 1:30pm, on Tuesday 22 August, followed by a private family cremation. Passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 17, 2023, aged 75. Beloved father of Pauline, Pablo, Karl and Luke and their partners (past and present) Grandad to Rashauna, Hamish, Letitia, Adele, Sam, Jonno, Lavanya and Dontae, Great-grandad to Theo, brother to Esma, Joy and the late Bob, Mary and Pauline. The family wish to thank Central Otago Hospice and Aspiring Enliven for their support during his journey with cancer.
