Dearly loved husband and friend for 60 years to Jean, deeply loved Dad and father-in-law to Jenny and the late Lindsay Barnett, Neville and Sharon, Russell and Imelda, cherished Grandad of Campbell, and Benjamin; Samantha and Emma. A service to celebrate Bob’s life will be held on Monday, March 18, at 1.00pm, in the Lake Hayes Pavilion, private family interment to follow. On Tuesday, March 12, 2024, peacefully at Parklands Hospital, aged 88 years. Adored wife of the late Nelson, loved Mum and mother-in-law of Paul and Sue, Sandra and Paul, loved Nana of Lexi, Sam, Will, and Harrison, Richie, Ali, Oli, and Jo, and great-granddaughter Tully, loved sister of Dorothy Chisholm (Queenstown), and the late Raymond Cosgrove (Winton), and their families. Passed away on Wednesday 13th March 2024 at Vickery Court, aged 87 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Bruce. Loved mother and mother in law of Kevin and partner Lyn, Murray and Donna, Nigel and family (Australia), and Darrell. Loved Grandma to all her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Peter lost his 13-year fight with lung and kidney disease on Wednesday March 13,2024 at Gore Hospital. Dearly loved husband of Jeanette for 55 years, proud father and father in-law of Jeffery (Wendonside), Bernard (New Plymouth), and Alistair and Tina (Wendonside), respected and loved Grandfather of Travis, Jessica, Connor, Pacey, Bianca, and Jeffery Jnr. Loved brother of Anne and uncle of his 2 nieces and 4 nephews. A service to celebrate of Peter’s life will be held on Saturday March 16, at 2pm in the Holy Trinity Church, Traford Street, Gore, followed by a private cremation. Ivan’s family would like to thank everyone for attending the celebration of Ivan’s life, for the prayers, flowers, food, cards, and sincere wishes and to those who travelled long distances to be at the service. David and Darren – your words made it an uplifting service which Ivan would have loved, and Steven, your singing was awesome. A big thank you to everyone who visited Ivan during his time as Ascot Bupa, the wonderful staff there, the Hospice nurses, and Leah from Monarc, who all cared for Ivan.
