It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our Kuia, Mhari, who passed peacefully at the Invercargill Hospice on Thursday 11 April 2024. Mhari was the dearly loved daughter of Jim* and Freda* Bull. Wife to Lester* Baty Sister to Stewart, Kevin, Harry, Tamatea, Robyn, Bill, Ron, and Katherine, Mother to James, Ranei, Marama, Tania, and Linda*, And dearly loved Taua, Aunty, sister-in-law, whāngai Taua, and friend to many. A life so beautifully lived deserves to be remembered, so please join us to celebrate the life of Mhari. The tangi will be held at Murihiku Marae, 408 Tramway Road, Invercargill on Monday 15 April at 2pm, from there she will be taken by whanau to the crematorium. BROOK, Fay:
It is with great sadness we announce that Fay passed away peacefully at Aspiring Enliven Care Centre (Wanaka) in the early hours of Wednesday, April 10, 2024. Born on November 14, 1937, Fay is the dearly beloved wife of Rodney, much loved mother of Stephen, David and the late Jackie, and dearly loved grandmother of Juliet, Sophie, James, Harry, William and baby Nicholas and baby Thomas. Fay was a dearly loved daughter of Harry and Lillian Milburn. Among the wonderful enduring memories, we find consolation that Fay will be reunited with her beautiful daughter, Jackie.
