It is with deep sadness that our family want to inform you that Lara passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, 8 August 2023, at her home in Dunedin. Dearly beloved daughter of Chris and Denise, beloved special twin sister of Matthew and Susan, loved Aunty of Elodie and Conor (Perth). Loved niece of all her Aunties and Uncles – Peter and Daphne Sanderson, Judy Finnerty, Kitty McDowell and Kevin Higgins, Paul McDowell, Rob and Nancy Marshall, John and Ngaire Marshall, and David Marshall and Sarndra Henderson. Loved cousin of all her cousins in New Zealand and Australia. A loving friend to many. Lara was a beautiful soul, her humour, kindness and brilliance were gifts that made the world brighter. Her love for her family and friends was all encompassing.
