After a courageous journey Erica passed away peacefully at Hospice Southland, surrounded by her loving family on Friday 27th January 2023, aged 68. Dearly loved wife and best friend of Ray for 51 years. Most precious mother and mother in law of Tanya and Neal, and David and Tracey. Loved Nana of Caleb, Ella and Zayden; Jackson and Maggie, Ethan and Amy, and Flynn. Erica was a loved sister, sister in law and Aunty. Special friend of Jill. Family would like to sincerely thank Rebecca and the wonderful staff at Hospice Southland for their love and care of Erica. Dearly loved and cherished husband and soulmate of Gaynor for 62 years, much loved and respected Dad and father-in-law of Janine and Philip Smith, Jason and Jocelyn, Quentin and Eleanor, loved Grandad-Chris of Cameron Smith and Sarah Young, and Logan Smith; Andrew and Rachel, Olivia and Madison; Hannah, Briana and Ruby; and Great-Grandad-Chris of Rhiannon.
