Passed away peacefully aged 43 surrounded by love on Friday 26th January 2024. A much-loved mother to Matthew, Jack, and Ryan. Dearly loved daughter of Jack Hoogeveen and Mary Forrest, Loved Sister, Sister-in-law, Aunty, and dear friend to many. A memorial service will be held at a later date. With broken hearts we want to share our Patriarch, Poppa, Action Jackson, NDS, Blackhawk down passed peacefully in his Invercargill home surrounded in the loving arms of his family. Beloved husband of Sue, cherished father and father n law of Rochee & Eric, Eden & Dylan. The best Poppa of Ryah, Josiah, Jayga Mae, Nico, Kobe-Jax, Kawhi and Jahmai- Hayze.
Thank you to the staff from the Hospice, Respiratory team, Vercoe & Brown and Piact for the amazing care you had for our husband and dad.

SPENCER, Marie Elizabeth (nee Kells):
27/5/55 – 25/01/24. It is with great sadness and a broken heart I share with you that my wife of 48 years has fallen asleep peacefully at home surrounded by her family, after her courageous battle with cancer. Marie has been a wonderful wife to Alistair and much loved mother and mother in law to Sharyn & Mark, Amanda & Hamish, Janene & Paul, Bradley & Esther. She has also been a caring and doting Nana to Levi, Jade, Natalya, Jacob, Toby, Sophie, Lucas, Sally, Scarlett, Harper, Asher and wee Charlotte. Many thanks to the staff in the Surgical, Medical and Rehab wards at Southland Hospital and also to the District Nurses and Hospice tea.
