Peacefully in the care of staff at Calvary, surrounded by her family, on Thursday 23 May 2024. Dearly loved wife of the late Francis (Neil), loved and cherished mum and mother-in-law of Peter, David, Kathryn and Barry Calder, adored grandma of Liam Calder, and Paige Hogan. LINDSAY, Kirker:
(Of Cromel Farms, Five Rivers). Early evening on May 23, 2024, passing on his terms peacefully, but quickly after a long battle. Lindsay finally gets the decent sleep he wanted with daughter Jodi and his three grandsons by his side, Clint and Katt just moments away at Southland Hospital. Much loved and cherished husband of Pauline* for 45 years lasting a little over a year without her. Beyond treasured Pa of Jodi and Clint & Katt, and ‘hi five’ Granddad of Ashton, Dane and Trent. Loved son of Hector* and Gladys*, brother of Eric, Mavis, Graham and Janice. Brother-in-law to many on both sides. Uncle to his nieces and nephews and extended family. Good friend to Joesph and Hillary. Special thanks to Haidee and her team from Hospice, St John staff and Southland Hospital staff.
Finally able to breathe easy again.

MEEK, John:
Passed away, with his loving family by his side, on Thursday, May 23, 2024; aged 62 years. Much loved father and father-in-law of his late twins John and David, Michael and Serah, Jeff and Leigh and the late Chris, and loved Grandad of Felix and Hannah. Loved brother of Pauline and the late Les, loved Uncle of Lee-anne and Stephen. A private memorial service for John will be held at a later date. Loved stepdad of Adriana and Dan, and Daniel and Kelly. Awesome mate and step-grandad Dean of Noah, and Camron. Loved brother of Paul, and Daryl. Uncle of Natasha, and Brooklyn.
