Peacefully on Saturday 23rd September 2023, age 83 at Rowena Jackson Retirement Village. Husband of Daphne, much loved Father and Father-in-law of Gavin & Fiona, Sharon & Brian, Joanne and Steve Jensen, Brent & Darlene, and Kevin and Caron. Dearly loved Grandfather of, Kimberleigh & Teegan, Rebecca & Oscar, Lior & Wren, Araya, Honor & Seth. Proud Great Grandfather of Oliver Reid, Isla & Zeke Schaumkel. A Service to celebrate Rod’s life will be held in the Avenal Park Chapel, 75 Fox Street on Wednesday, 27th September at 2pm the service will conclude with a private cremation. Geoff left us suddenly on Friday, September 22nd, 2023 in Dunstan Hospital, aged 66 years. Dearly loved husband and best friend of Marlene, loved father of Christine, Lauren, and Anita, and father-in-law of Damon and Marcus*, cherished Grandfather of Ariana, Dylan, and Kiri, loved brother of Olwyn*, Kaye, and Wally. Brother of Trevor and Don, loved uncle to his nephews and nieces.
