HOLLIS, Heather Margaret:
22/02/1973 – 23/03/2024
Sadly passed away after a short battle. Beloved wife of Jade Hollis. Loved daughter and daughter-in-law of Linda Nicol, and Kath Hollis. Mother of Lindsay, Terri-Anne, Ricky, Jade, and Jessie. Cherished Gran of all her grandchildren. Loved sister and sister-in-law of all her brothers and sisters. A service celebrating Heather’s life will be held on Thursday 28th March, commencing at 11 am in the Ohai Hall, followed by light refreshments, then Heather will depart for a private cremation. Donations to Hospice Southland instead of flowers may be left at the service. THOMPSON, Marion Irene:
Peacefully passed away at Southland Hospital on Thursday 21st March 2024, aged 72 years. Loved Mum and mother-in-law to Aimee and Wayne, Kelly and Ben. A cherished grandmother to Holly, Max, Charlotte, Abigail, Sam, Matthew, and Josh. A loved sister and sister in-law to Helen and Dave*, John and Margaret, Brian and Jill, Bev and Bruce, Patrick, Kevin and Candy. A much-loved Aunty to all her nephews and nieces. A private cremation has been held and a memorial service for Marion will be held in Rotorua, further details regarding Marion’s memorial service will be advised at a later date.
