On April 20, 2023, at Marne Street Hospital, Dunedin. Loved wife of the late Thomas (Tom) Jeremiah Cournane. A loved mother, mother-in-law, nana and great-nana of family in New Zealand and Australia. Special thanks to the management and Staff of Marne Street Hospital for their care and support of Mary. A private cremation will be held.

After a long illness, Margaret passed away peacefully as she slept, at home, on April 22, 2023. Dearly loved wife of Brian (Ralph), mother and mother-in-law of Garry and Robyn, Leslee and Roger, Shane and Megan. Much loved Grandmother of Tim, Ben, Sam, Allan, Patricia, Tayler, Jamie, Jacob, and Great-Grandmother of Dean, and Sage. As per Margaret’s wishes a private memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2.00pm at her home.
