Of Alexandra (formerly of Mosgiel, Dunedin and Invercargill). Peacefully at Dunstan Hospital on July 8, 2023; in her 94th year. Dearly loved wife and friend of the late Peter for 56 years. Loved and respected mother and mother in law of Brian and Glenda (Twizel), David and Ruth-Ann (Mosgiel), Stephen and Anne (Invercargill), and Mark and Imelda (Alexandra), and a much loved grandmother of Regan, and Melanie; Hayley, and Kyla; and Nathan; and her great-grandchildren and loved companion of “Steffi”, “Jack” and “Harry”.Dear sister to Jeanette and the late Wilson. MCEWAN, Alexander:
Passed away at home on Tuesday 4th of July. Known to many as Alec or Cuz. Alec was strong-willed and stubborn at times but he also had an enormous heart and a witty sense of humor. His passion was for all things Cod, his fish runs, and his long-standing loyal customers from Invercargill and beyond. Alec will be remembered fondly by both Eric and Dawn.

RATANA, Louella:
Of Wedderburn, passed after a long illness on July 4, 2023. Dearly loved wife of the late Mita Ratana and mum to Phyllicia, Dawn, Eugene, Muni, Darryl and their partners. Much loved Nan to all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Treasured and cherished by all her family and friends.
