Barry was the last to leave his Hillis clan. Loved son of the late Hudson, Kathleen, and Sylvia. Brother of Morrell, Brian, Graeme, Kevin, and Valerie. (All deceased.) Of Alexandra and formerly of Garston. Sadly left us on June 6, 2024, at Golden View Care Centre, Cromwell, in her 92nd year. Dearly loved wife of the late Ray, dearly loved mum and mother-in-law of Robyn and the late Brent Farrar (West Melton), Jude and Paul Rillstone (Clyde), Bill and Maureen Lott (Fairlie), special Nana of Jessica, Olivia and Courtney; Kate and Sarah; Ben, Josh and Abbey, and Betty’s precious great-grandchildren Mila and Lottie. Loved sister of Jack McPherson. A service to celebrate Betty’s life will be held in St Enoch’s Presbyterian Church, Centennial Avenue, Alexandra, at 2.00pm on Tuesday, June 11, followed by a private cremation.
