Passed away after a short illness on Thursday, 12th January 2023 at Southland Hospital having lived her life to the full. Dearly loved wife of the late Allan. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Barbara* and Chris Ayling, and Lynette Jack. Most precious Nanny of Miranda, Rochelle, Darin and Dearly loved Great Nan of Xavier, Zac, and Eva. Loved sister of Ann Shaw, and Arthur* Hope. A service to celebrate Doreen’s life will be held in the Avenal Park Chapel, 75 Fox Street on Tuesday, 17th January at 10:00 am. Passed away peacefully at Rowena Jackson on Wednesday, 11 January 2023, in her 80th year. Dearly loved wife of the late Bruce. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Jackie and Logan Edwards, Karen and Joe Hughes, and Paul and Angela Lindsay. Loved Nanna with the chooks of Liam and Jamie; Noah; Scott and Jenna. Loved sister and sister-in-law of Alan* and Margaret*, Florence* Brown, Peter* and Chrissie Brown. Bill* and Margaret* Brown, May* and Robin* Tait, Dorothy* and Edwin* Kelly.
