Basketball: The SIT Zero Fees Southland Sharks will face the undefeated Wellington Saints in Wellington on Thursday (April 13), on the back of the Shark’s Saturday (April 8) win (Sharks 100, Rangers, 73) against the Supercity Rangers, in Invercargill.
The Sharks will then face the Hawke’s Bay Hawks on Friday (April 14) in Napier. Both away games are scheduled to begin at 7pm.
Netball: The Ascot Park Hotel Southern Steel won its first home game of the season against Waikato Bay of Plenty Magic, 72-59, in the ANZ Premiership on Monday (April 10) and will travel to Christchurch to play against Mainland Tactix next Wednesday (April 19), the game begins at 7.40pm.
Rugby: The Highlanders won against the Blues (26-20) in Dunedin on Saturday (April 8), during round 7 of the Investec Super Rugby competition and have a week off before heading to Invercargill to face the Sunwolves at Rugby Park on Saturday, April 22. The game is scheduled to kick-off at 5.15pm.
