This time-lapse video shows the incredible progress of the CBD demolition in Invercargill over the last 2 months. As you will see most of the buildings were rotting due to years of neglect from previous owners.

Located on the site with planned opening early 2022 will be Farmers department store, Starbucks, some carparks and a limited number of retail stores with more opening later 2022.more opening in later 2022.
