The Kmart development on Clyde street is taking shape with the two storey building almost covered in. Tenants confirmed so far include Muffin Break as previously reported by What’s On Invers back in 2017 here.
Since then rumors of other national chain tenants have been mentioned, What’s On Invers can confirm Wendy’s/Shake Shed & Co, (Sundea not burgers) St Pierre’s Sushi are also included in the development with a further three tenancies yet to be leased.
On the Bayleys Real Estate for lease section the shop tenancies are described ‘as Available to lease to a quality tenant mix are these three spaces at the Kmart development in Invercargill.
Tenancy 7 at 35sqm is situated opposite the only entry to Kmart. This hot position would offer your business fantastic exposure and a dedicated Kmart customer flow.
Tenancy 5 at 64sqm is situated right at the main ground floor entry, taking advantage of the whole pedestrian flow in and out of the complex. This tenancy has great outside branding opportunities.
Tenancy 9 at 110sqm is also situated upstairs next to the entry to Kmart. This space would be ideal for a service retailer wanting to take advantage of the Kmart shopper.
The Kmart development is planned to open late 2019.
