Wednesday evening’s Lotto draw turned out to be a lucrative event for numerous players across New Zealand, as the Strike Must Be Won jackpot of $1 million, which wasn’t claimed by a single ticket, cascaded down to Division 2.
This allowed 109 players, including three from Invercargill, to take home $9,935 each. Additionally, 21 Lotto enthusiasts won $15,914 each in the Second Division during the same evening’s live draw, some of whom played via the MyLotto app in Southland.
