Three childhood friends two aged 24 and one aged 25 from Southland have died in a car rollover on the remote edge of the WA Wheatbelt police confirmed on Sunday.
The single-vehicle crash occurred on a gravel stretch of the Lake King-Norseman Road, near Stennetts Lake Road, about 25km from the town of Lake King, 465km east-southeast of Perth.

Police and ambulance crews were called to the scene about 7.30am on Saturday but it is understood the men were already dead when emergency services arrived.
It was unclear what caused the crash and whether speed, alcohol, fatigue, inattention or lack of familiarity with the conditions played a role.
A police spokesman said on Sunday that the investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash was continuing.
“It is believed that earlier in the night a white Toyota Hilux utility was travelling along the unsealed road when it rolled,” he said in a statement.
