Three Charged With Firearms Offences in Invercargill

Three people have been charged with firearms offences following a search of an Invercargill property.

At about 8pm yesterday (Sunday 24 June), Detective Senior Sergeant Stu Harvey said Police conducted a search of a Tweed Street address and found a number of firearms.

Two women, aged 24 and 29, and a 38-year-old man will appear in the Invercargill District Court from today (Monday 25th June)

Police would like to thank the public for their patience during this incident as road blocks affected traffic.
