Who remembers the Friday auctions at Todd & Co Auction House? While it has been a few years since the hammer fell for the last time, something new is now on the horizon.
Hospice Invercargill is teaming up with Harcourts Auctioneer Sean Bellew for monthly Steptoe auctions on the last Friday of every month. The first auction, which is sure to bring back nostalgic memories for Todd’s fans, will be held on August 23, 12.30pm, at Invercargill Hospice shop.
Auction items will range from general household goods through to furniture and other desirable items.
The Hospice Shop on Yarrow Street is also on the lookout for unwanted goods and furniture that are suitable for resale and reuse. The friendly team can arrange pickup, so phone 03 214 5317 during business hours for more information.
