The Collective, The Company and Band Of Bluffies provide the entertainment when Bluff Promotions popular annual Summer Sounds concert takes place from 2pm on Sunday 15 February at the Bluff Oyster Festival site on Barrow Street, Bluff.

The Collective – friends in life, music and Koha will lead off the entertainment before The Company, a popular 3 piece covers band, follows with their line-up that plays all genres from the 1960’s through to today. They are in demand here in Southland as well as in Central Otago and Queenstown.

Band Of Bluffies will round out the programme. A five-piece band of born and bred Bluffies they play a mix of classic rock to heavy metal from the 70’s to today. Formed for the Bluff School Reunion in 2017 they have stuck together ever since due to the camaraderie and are “absolutely looking forward to Summer Sounds.”

Entry to the event will be free but there will be opportunity during the event to contribute a koha to assist with expenses.

There will be bbq food and coffee on site.

Entry will be through the Barrow Street gate of the site and while some seating will be available it is advisable to bring deck chairs or even bean bags.

Organisers have been made aware a dotterel is currently nesting on the site so will be taking precautions to ensure that it remains undisturbed.
If your children are coming along to the event bring their favourite toy (toys) as organisers are providing a carpet area on which the kids can play while adults enjoy the music.

The event is smoke, vape and alcohol free.
