With the crowds who came to the event at the Gunpit each year increasing, the decision has been made to move the event from the Gunpit to Argyle Park to allow more space for the audience. Argyle Park is located at the eastern end of Bluff adjacent to the Bluff Camping Ground bordered by Athelney, Gregory, Burrows and Tone Streets, very close and accessible to SH1.
The concert will take place at the new venue from 2pm on Sunday 21 January.
Triple Shot and Darcy Kerr return this year with the final performer to be confirmed for the 2024 concert but once again Bluff Promotions who organise the event have sought three acts with a wide appeal – and the type of tunes audiences know and love.
The event is smoke, vape and alcohol free.
Summer Sounds is a Bluff Promotions event with the support of the Creative Communities Scheme, Bluff Engineering & Welding, i Hire Invercargill, King ‘of The Road Bluff/Oreti Transport and ICC Parks.
