A block of Dee Street footpath has been cordoned off due to safety concerns of a building on Dee Street.
CocoBella store owner Tracey Stenhouse says the building next door is in a poor state after bricks fell from the third floor onto her property.
I was out the back and heard bricks fall from the building next door on the roof of my storeroom. I got a ladder to climb up to inspect the damage and there were bricks from the building next door.
I then called the fire service who have cordoned off the area from my store to Little Fire Music as the building in questionable state is between our stores. The neighbouring landlord has allowed the building to deteriorate to a point now it is unsafe to the public, Stenhouse said.
