Speeding Driver Arrested After Police Pursuit

A vehicle travelling at excessive speed on State Highway One near Woodlands, failed to stop for Police when signalled to, around 8.40am Sunday morning. A police spokesman confirmed a pursuit was initiated and the offender came to a stop on Second Street, Kennington where the driver was arrested.

A member of the public told What’s On Invers” I heard them coming as I was outside, Jesus they flew past so fast I blinked and they were gone”.
