🛻 Parade Route & Entry Details

Judged Trucks:

• Please arrive via Bill Richardson Drive between 8am and 10am to be parked up.
• Follow the directions of the marshals.
• $10 entry fee applies for judged trucks.
• Register on the day at the container on Fox Street or email [email protected] for an entry form.
• A short-term variation of hours (logbook exception) has been approved by Waka Kotahi — copies available at the container or by email.

Non-Judged Trucks:

• No entry fee.
• Please arrive before 12:30pm via Bill Richardson Drive.

Parade Start:

• The parade begins 1pm sharp from the Bill Richardson Drive / Fox Street corner, travelling:
  👉 Along Bond Street
  👉 Left onto Tweed Street
  👉 Finishing at the Tweed / Regent Street intersection

Prizegiving:

• 5pm at the Newfield Tavern (Big Willy’s Function Room)
• Light supper and live band to follow 🎶

• All parade participants must obey road rules.
• Follow marshals’ directions at all times.
