Southland has two New Zealand Junior Motocross champs after three days of racing in Palmerston North.
Congratulations to Mitch Weir 1st 12-13yr 85 cc & Seth Morrow 1st 8-11 yr 85cc.

Southland has produced some great motocross riders and the results showed at the NZ Junior Motocross Champs.

The track was challenging and changed over the riders 3 days and 7 races. We came away with some fantastic results with four riders getting on the podium and the club also took the Bryan Davidson Memorial Interclub Trophy for the top preforming club based on points.

Well done to the following riders: 12-13yr 85cc Mitch Weir 1st, Jordan Newell 9th, Dylan Marwick 12th, Michael Buchanan 22nd. 12-14yr 125cc Josh Campbell 8th, Connor Hamilton 25th, 14-16yr 85cc Jack Symon 2nd, Cory Russell 12th. 14-16yr 250cc Jack Treloar 2nd, Connor Newell 13th, Peter Hopper 27th. 8-11yr 85cc Seth Morrow 1st. Womens Charlotte Clark 7th. Wish Seth Tree & Charlie Baynes a speedy recovery from their injuries.
