While everyone is just getting into their work for the start of the Softball season, Southlands Christopher Telfer has been working hard all off season coaching the Southern Pride U17 girls to a 4th place at the International Friendship Series, Brisbane in July.
Then backing that up with a NZ training camp and tour coaching the New Zealand U15 Developing Sox girls to an unbeaten tournament at the U17 Qld State Championships in Caboolture 22-24th Sep. “Telf has achieved so much over the off season with both teams”, says fellow coach Anthea Stringer. “He has passed on an incredible amount of knowledge to all these players, and built a team culture that is 2nd to none”
