Serious Crash On Milton Highway – One Dead At Scene

Police are in attendance at a serious crash on State Highway One (Milton Highway) near Crichton.

Emergency services were called to the collision, between a car and a truck, around 2:10pm.

One person has died at the scene.

It is unclear at this stage if anyone else has been injured.

The Serious Crash Unit has been advised and the road may not be clear for sometime.

Due to a crash, SH1 is closed between Lakeside Road and Moneymore Road. A detour is in place. Please allow extra time for your journey.
