Second Man Involved In Kingston Crash Dies From Injuries

A man who was critically injured in a crash near Kingston last week has died in hospital.

The crash involving a car and a bus occurred on SH 6 at around 7.20am on Thursday 1 November.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation by the Serious Crash Unit.

Another man died at the crash scene.

Police can now confirm the name of one of the men who died in a crash between a car and a bus near Kingston on 1 November.

He is 23-year-old American Spencer Jason Hom Dow, who died at the scene.

The second man, who died overnight, is also a 23-year-old American.

He cannot yet be named.

Inquiries into the cause of the crash are still being investigated.

The matter has been referred to the Coroner.
