Rock Into Mitre 10 MEGA For Birthday Celebrations

Mitre 10 MEGA Invercargill is turning 21 this week and staff are encouraging customers to come into the store to help them celebrate.

Manager Tracy Keay said for every $21 people spend they will be given a scratchie card with a one in five chance to win instant prizes.

There are gifts cards to be won from $10 right up to $100, Mitre 10 mini buckets, free hot drinks from Columbus cafe and chocolate fish!

They are having a bit of fun with the promotion on social media - “enjoy the most satisfying scratch of your week,” and “there’s some serious scratching going on,” the team has been posting.

Mitre 10 MEGA also has 21 different deals for the 21 year anniversary, and for those who don’t receive an instant prize, there is a a second chance draw for $200 to be won next Monday.

“It’s a bit of a surprise and delight moment for those who come in and see us this week,” Tracy said.

Ending at the close of trading on Sunday 15th, Tracy said they have already noticed the extra foot traffic coming through the door since the promotion started on Monday.

“There are certainly a lot more smiles and some wee extra bonuses that people weren’t aware of,” she said.
