Invercargill Police would like to appeal to the public for any possible information regarding the increase in vehicles being broken into and stolen from the Strathearn, Georgetown areas.

Vehicles were targeted overnight on the 28/29 May.

If you see any crime in progress call 111 immediately.

To ensure your property and vehicles stay safe please remember to lock your vehicle, and not to leave valuables in your vehicle, which will make you a target for opportunistic thieves.
