Police in Invercargill have arrested a 19-year-old man following reports of indecent exposure to the public.
The individual has been bailed to an address outside Southland and is scheduled to reappear in the Invercargill District Court later this year.
“This behaviour is concerning, and Police are pleased to be able to prevent this offending from continuing,” a spokesperson said.
Authorities are now asking for assistance from the public to identify any unreported incidents involving the man over the past fortnight.
Police have described the individual as a Caucasian man with brown hair, who has been seen driving a green sedan in the North Invercargill area during this time.
Anyone who may have seen or interacted with this man is urged to come forward. Reports can be made online or by phoning 105 and quoting reference number 241009/6007.
