Police Release Name of Man Who Died at Port of Bluff

A very sad and tragic way to end the week.

Southland Police can now confirm the male who died as a result of his vehicle entering the water at the Bluff Wharf was 51 year-old Morrell Mark McKenzie, of Bluff.

Morrell was the managing director of the McKenzie Marine & Mackraft company in Bluff.

Police are unable to provide any further comment as Worksafe New Zealand are taking the lead on the investigation
