Harcourts real estate agent David McKillop says the building and site was sold at auction earlier this week.

While he couldn’t reveal what sort of coin was paid for the property David McKillop said a local businessman has brought it with an eye to develop the 852sq metre section

He says the new owner intends to demolish the buildings that are there and build something new.

David McKillop says the site will ideally suit a business operator who wants to be on a busy and highly visible location.
