State Highway 1 in Bluff, between the intersections of Liffey Street and Slaney Street is closed. Due to a collapsed building and downed power lines, this section of the road is closed.

The roof has came off a building.

Please follow the detour route, plan your journey accordingly and allow extra time for travel.

Detour route: For eastbound traffic, turn right onto Liffey Street, left onto Barrow Street and left onto Slaney St. Reverse for westbound traffic. Please note this detour is suitable for heavy vehicles.
