One Lane Closed On Highway After Car Rolls Near Lumsden

State Highway 6 is closed in northern Southland after a crash north of Lumsden late this afternoon.

NZ Transport Agency advise the highway is closed between Bixter Rd and Nokomai Rd near Mid Dome due to the crash the road has been reduced to one lane, caution is advised along this route.

A police spokeswoman said emergency services were called to the scene after a car rolled about 5:10pm.
