All is ready for the opening round of the Mountain Bike New Zealand National Downhill Series which will take place on Bluff Hill on Sunday 12 January.
Competitors from all over the country are descending on Bluff for the event. Spectators are most welcome to come and take in the action on the day with practice to determine seedings from 12.30pm with racing to follow from 3.00pm.

Best viewing is from the bottom of the course. Spectators can park in Pearce Street and the surrounding area and access the downhill course via the car park off Flagstaff Road. From there a 10-15 minute reasonably easy walk up the hill will get you trackside for some of the best downhill mountain biking action

Information as the champs draw near will be available on the Southland Mountain Bike Club facebook page.
