Decided that we’ll wrap up July with a blast from the past from a band that is marking it’s 50th anniversary in 2019. That little ol’ band from Texas, ZZ Top.

Yep, the same three dudes that have been playing the same 3 chords for the last 50 years.

I’ve just checked their webpage and they’re about to start a gruelingly busy tour of the US that’ll keep them occupied for the next few months.

No word as yet if they are bringing their Goin’50 tour to NZ as yet.

Anyway, lets travel back to the 80’s and the song that transformed their career trajectory, She’s Got Legs from their Eliminator album.

What followed were colossal tours, more hit singles, more huge tours, more records and so and so on.
