Hi team, middle of Rocktober already.

Two 70’s rock classics this week.

First up Mott The Hoople’s All The Young Dudes

David Bowie wrote this (very quickly) for MTH when he found out that the band was on it’s last legs. Bingo, All The Young Dudes saved them.

Read in to the lyrical content what you will, I’ve chosen this as it’s a good song.

Second up is some good ol’ fashioned loud guitars, thundering bass, screaming vocals and monumental drum work.

It’s Led Zepp’s Rock n Roll, just because it’s Led Zepp’s Rock n Roll.
