Mal’s Music Memory – RIP Marie Fredriksson – Roxette

Hi team, like a couple of things, news of Marie Fredriksson’s passing came as a bolt from the blue this week.

Marie was the sound and the look of Swedish power band Roxette and passed away following several years of ill health.

Her band mate and co Roxette creator Per Gessle paid tribute simply by saying “things will never be the same”

The Look, Fading Like A Flower, Listen To Your Heart were just a few of the big hits for Roxette. What was your favourite?
