Howdy folks and welcome to another blast on Mal’s Music Memory – Live In July with Little Fire Music Works.

There’s plenty of exciting female performers like P!nk , Rihanna, Arianna Grande but I hope they give a nod to artists like Cher, who we featured last week and the inimitable Tina Turner for creating a pathway for female rock n roll performers.

As most of us know Tina has been creating magic and excitement on the stages of the world for years . She really came into her own when she kicked that awful ex husband Ike to the curb (after he kicked her around once too often) and became a global super star.

And now there is Tina, the Tina Turner Musical which is getting rave reviews in the UK. Certainly hope we see it in this part of the world soon.
