Welcome to the last month of the year. Just think, in a few weeks it’ll be the ’20’s.

Anyways, I was having such a good time resurrecting songs from from 40 years ago, 1979 and it struck me. I haven’t put in any Kiwi tunes from ’79

So here we go with our friends at Little Fire MusicWorks a couple of top tunes, one from ‘the Dudes, Be Mine Tonight and Jon Stevens Jezabel. That went to No1 on the NZ Charts in December ’79 to see out the decade. Jon then moved across to Oz where he still enjoys considerable success and is touring as this goes to print.
