Mal’s Music Memory – April Live !

Hiya team. How’s your lock down week going?

Can be a bit tiresome I know. So to liven it up a tad we’re doing April Live…..picking some of the best tunes by the best artists performing in front of an audience. That Covid-19 might mean that’s a thing of the past going forward.

Here’s a couple of crackers.  First up it’s Cyndi Lauper doing her anthem Girls Just Wanna Have Fun taken from her True Color tour back in the 80’s…..guess the clothes and hairstyles gave that away.

What are your memories of those days.

That’s followed by that little ‘ol band from Texas, the same three guys playin’ the same three chords (and they’ve been doing it for 50 years)  ZZ Top…. doing what they do best, blues based rock n roll.  Hell Yeah!
