Scobies Transport from Wyndham moved a very large barge from Bluff, on its journey to Kingston. The barge belongs to Halfway Bay Station, which borders Lake Wakatipu.
The barge was only transported as far as Awarua today, it will continue on its journey on Wednesday. UPDATE: The barge traveled through the city here are some of the photos posted on the What’s On Invers FaceBook page.
