Chris said the project began two years ago with the purchase of a deceased estate. The original house and shed were moved off site, renovated, and then on sold before construction began.
“It’s great for the city and provides a lot of jobs as well as the end user.” he said.
The construction industry has started to recover after a tough few years and the pressure was coming off prices and starting to ease, he said.
“It has been pretty quiet, but Invercargill is the exception and house prices are heading up, so a new project like this will only improve property values in the area,” Chris noted.
