Greenstone Entertainment is celebrating its 15th anniversary in 2025 with a stellar lineup for the Summer Concert Tour. This year’s event will feature Cold Chisel, ICEHOUSE, Bic Runga, and Everclear, marking significant anniversaries for each artist and the festival itself.

The tour will take place in Queenstown on January 18, Taupo on January 25, and Whitianga on January 26, with the latter two dates falling on Auckland Anniversary weekend.

Tickets for the tour are available through a pre-sale for One NZ customers and Greenstone Concert Club members starting June 27. General ticket sales will open on July 1. Local residents in Queenstown, Taupo, and Whitianga can also purchase limited tickets from designated local centres starting June 27. Ticket prices start at $159 plus booking fees, with options for Express Entry, VIP, and Greenstone Club members.

The Summer Concert Tour has become a highlight of New Zealand’s summer events, drawing around 450,000 attendees since its inception. The 2025 tour promises to be the best yet, featuring:

  • Cold Chisel, celebrating their 50th anniversary with their ‘The Big Five-O’ tour. This iconic band is known for their energetic performances and a setlist of classic hits.
  • ICEHOUSE, marking 45 years since their first tour in New Zealand, will bring their beloved hits and electrifying live show.
  • Bic Runga, one of New Zealand’s most awarded musicians, will perform her timeless songs that have won her numerous accolades.
  • Everclear, a top alternative rock band from the ’90s, returns to New Zealand for the first time in seven years, bringing their hits and high energy.

Greenstone Entertainment’s CEO, Amanda Calvert, expressed excitement about the milestone event, highlighting the festival’s growth and impact over the years.
