BONIFACE, William Thomas:
18 August 1942 – 29 September 2025
Beloved partner of the late Glennys Hanson, and former husband of Joan Miller. Dearly loved father of Philip and Julie Boniface. Stepfather to Glennys children, Cherished grandfather of Matthew, Tessa, Sophie, and Emily, and step-grandfather to many others. The family sincerely thanks Hospice Invercargill for their compassionate care and for keeping William comfortable in his final days. A memorial service to celebrate William’s life will be held at a later date, to be announced. MCCANN, Anthony James “Tony”:
Peacefully at Clare House on Sunday 28 September 2025. Dearly loved husband of his adored wife Margaret* Loved father and father-in- law of Susan*, Wendy*, Brian and Tania, Peter Treasured grandfather of Hayley and Paul Roberts and Kayne McCann Smitten great grandfather of Maddy, Millie and Maisie A much loved brother and brother-in-law and uncle. Tony will be farewelled with a Requiem Mass at Sacred Heart Church, North Road, Invercargill on Thursday 02 October 2025 at 10.30am, followed by the committal at Eastern Cemetery. A Rosary will be recited at 7.00pm on Wednesday 01 October at Sacred Heart Church. Special thanks to the dedicated team at Clare House who have looked after Tony for the past 18 months and especially those who cared for Tony and family in his final days. PUBBEN, Candy Marie:
Passed peacefully on Friday 26 September 2025 aged 56 years. Dearly loved daughter, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, sister, sister-in-law, aunty, and cousin. A service to celebrate Candy's life will be held in J Fraser and Sons Chapel, cnr Esk and Doon Streets, Invercargill on Thursday 2 October at 2pm followed by private cremation. SINCLAIR, Leonard Victor:
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Len at Peacehaven rest home on Sunday 28 September 2025; aged 87 years, with his family by his side. Beloved husband of Hazel*, loving father and father-in-law of Paul and Jo, Aaron and Janine, and Shelley and Robert. Grandad of Flynn, Drew, Remy, and Eva. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Margaret* and Bruce* Hunter, Peter and Gail, loved brother-in-law of Donald and Jennifer Muir, Bob* and Isobel* Muir, Alister*, Jim and Shirlene Muir, and Glenys and Rex* Bell.
