Suddenly at a place that he loved, Colac Bay with his loving family by his side on Sunday 9 November 2025; aged 67 years. Cherished Husband and Soulmate of Bev for 42 years. A loved Dad and Father-in-law of Sam and Sheree, and Chaz and Meegan, and a very much-loved Pop of Lily, Caden, Caleb, and Brooklyn. Beloved Brother and Brother-in-law of Fiona and Graham and loved Brother-in-law of the Shaw family. Karl will be resting at home until his service in the Avenal Park Chapel, 75 Fox Street, Invercargill on Saturday 15 November at 10:30am. RYAN, Edith Noelene (née Robertson):
24.01.1945 – 12.11.2025
Edith passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 12, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved daughter of Stuart* and Alma* Robertson. Dearly loved wife of Bill Ryan. Cherished mother of Lisa; treasured G-Mar of Joshua, Caleb, and Xavier*; adored great-grandma of Ida and Violet. Loved sister of Kaye* and David, and a cherished aunty to all her nieces and nephews.A great friend to many and remembered fondly by all who had the joy of knowing her.

The whānau would like to thank everyone who supported Edith throughout her life, and the staff at Hawthorndale Care Village for their care in her final days. Edith will be resting at Te Rau Aroha Marae from 9.00 am Thursday, with a service to celebrate her life to be held on Saturday at 1.00 pm. SPENCER, Rongo:
Peacefully at Clare House, Invercargill on Tuesday 11 November 2025, surrounded by his loving whanau; aged 68 years. Dearly loved son of the late Shirley and Rongo, much loved brother of William, Eileen, Bruce, Peter, Meronea, Annette, Shirley, John, Shayne and their families. A service to celebrate Rongo’s life will be held in the Avenal Park Chapel, 75 Fox Street Invercargill on Saturday 15 November at 1.30pm, interment to follow at the Eastern Cemetery.
