Allan passed away peacefully on Friday, November 7, surrounded by his loving family, in his 87th year — just a few days short of his 88th birthday. Dearly loved son of Ernest* and Hazel*; loved brother and brother-in-law of Frances and Errol* Birch; loved uncle of Chris and Janice, Terry and Juliette, Karyn and John; and loved great-great uncle.

CLIVE, Heather Lorraine (nee Murch):
Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family at Southland Hospital on Sunday 9th November 2025, aged 83 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Ian. Much loved mother and mother in law of Stewart and Ann, Gervin and Yvonne, Barbara*, James and Tania, and Heather and Lyall. Loved Nana and Great Nana and of all her grandchildren. Loved sister and sister in law of Mary* and John*, Phyllis* and Stanley*, Bill* and Christine*, Les* and Glenda, Terry and Lorraine, Ken and Frances, and Lyn and Ron. Loved Aunty of all her nieces and nephews. Family sincerely thank Rachel and Cindy for the care of compassion of Heather. A farewell for Heather will be held on Saturday 15th November 2025, 10am in J Fraser and Sons Chapel, corner Esk and Doon Streets, Invercargill. Interment at East Winton Cemetery will follow. Bruce played his last end on November 7, 2025, at Montecillo Veterans Home and Hospital, with Margaret and all the kids by his side; aged 90 years. Dearly loved lifetime partner and husband of Margaret for 69 years. Much loved father and father-in-law of Sandra and Rob Richan (Manapouri), Kevin and Jane Malcolm (Oamaru), Rhonda and Paul Hopkins (Oamaru), Brent and Wendy Malcolm (Auckland), Brenda and Warren Myers (Tauranga). Loved Grandad, Bruce, and Pop to 11 grandchildren, 23 great- grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. The weight of community service has lifted from your shoulders. Rest well, Dad.
A service to celebrate Bruce's life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, 523 Andersons Bay Road, Dunedin at 11.00am on Friday, November 14, followed by private cremation. HARPUR, Norma:
15.2.1946 - 11.11.2024
A year has passed, but our love for you remains the same. We miss your smile, your quick wit, laughter, hugs and kind heart everyday but we are grateful for all the wonderful memories we have. We extend our thanks to all the amazing team at the Southland Hospice whose kindness and compassion brought comfort to Norma and our family. A special thanks to Helen and the team at the Southland Hospice - thank you for your outstanding professionalism and care given to Norma and for supporting us through her journey. The team at the Mataura Medical Centre especially Elaine Munro for your wonderful care and kindness to Norma over the years. Thanks to the hardworking staff at Gore and Southland hospital for your excellent care shown to Norma. A special acknowledgement to Raelene Miller for the warm and caring way you supported Norma and our family. We really appreciate how you went above and beyond to help and take care of Norma and thank you for your continued support. To the many friends and family who sent flowers, dropped off meals, travelled to attend her farewell and offered messages of support, love and condolences, your thoughtfulness has been a source of strength for us. On behalf of our family we would like to thank you for your kindness and for walking beside us through this time of loss and remembrance.
